Jose Pineiro is a licensed Private Investigator in Missouri and Kansas. He holds a PERC in Illinois and also holds a St. Louis 22nd District Process Server License. Mr. Pineiro is a Veteran of the United States Army. His past assignments include postings on the 82nd Airborne Division, 2nd Infantry Division, and 18th Airborne Corps. Mr. Pineiro worked on Department of Defense Special Assignments to US Embassy in Turkey and Guatemala. Other government postings include the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Defense Attaché, U.S. Embassy where he worked on Assignments world-wide.

Toni Mothershed joined the Missouri Process Serving team in 2013. Toni is a key team member as she performs nearly all of the skip tracing needed to locate the hard to find. Toni’s keen ability to spot the little details that lead our team members to the subject is invaluable. Toni also performs all of the administrative functions needed to keep each client informed and up to date. Toni holds an Illinois PERC and performs service of process among her other responsibilities.
